  • Pricing is subject to change based on scope, site conditions, and customer requests.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [cash, check, or other methods—insert applicable options].

Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • We will make every effort to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed risks or interference with utilities unless marked and documented.

  • Our team follows industry-standard safety practices and uses professional equipment.

  • While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for incidental damage to underground utilities, driveways, or landscaping due to the nature of the work unless due to negligence.
